There shall be two application periods during the foundation’s fiscal year. The application process involves two stages: an online application that takes place during the first month of a given cycle, i.e. March 1st to April 1st, and if accepted for the next round,  the organization will be asked for more detailed information about a given organization / request on the 10th of the second month, i.e. April 10th.  The detailed information is due on the 1st of the 3rd Month, i.e. May 1st.   The final distribution / agreement with the respective recipients will be given on the 1st of the 4th month. In either case, a recipient shall be notified via electronic communication and/or regular mail about their acceptance or rejection within the given grant cycle.
